Belluxe Returns Policy

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Custom made items are non refundable, once deposit is paid and production drawings have started you are not entitled to a refund. 

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any items for a refund. Items returned between 30 days and 90 days after the date of purchase, will be eligible to receive a credit note only.
  • Delivery costs are non-refundable and return postage is at the expense of the customer.
  • All items must be in original condition, no writing or damage to the packaging and uninstalled. We recommend all returned items are sent with postal tracking and insurance. Please place in a bag/box as any damage to the original packaging will result in a charge. Returns must be returned in a bag/box as any damage to the original packaging will result in a charge.
  • All returns will undergo a quality check upon return to Belluxe Warehouse. Belluxe will email once your return has been processed. Please allow 14 days for this.
  • The value refunded or credited is the amount paid after any discounts. Discounts are applied equally over each individual item on the order. Belluxe does not accept returns on custom orders.
  • The Customer will pay a restocking fee of not less than 20 % of the price of the goods to be returned.
